1428 Override facility

Can I use 1428 override facility like that offered at http://telco.ceylanka.net/ on any phone?

Overide codes will work from any Telstra Originated service , some other providers may block the overide codes , As the originating supplier for PT is Telstra for all fixed wire (landline services) the overide code will work.

You will need to register with the provider of the service in this case for billing purposes they will bill you direct for all calls using the overide code.
