How long does it take to change the right account over?

After changing over the incorrect account and being told i was not going to be charged for this months service, people telecom have not come through with their promises!


-I contacted them on wednesday they have still not got back to me despite telling me they were going to call me back!

-They have charged me for this months subscription when they told me they had a "manager" look into it and wont charge me because it took 3 weeks to get be connected.

- They still have not switched over my plan from the 29 dollar one to the 59 dollar one which i asked for over a week and a half ago

-They keep apologising for their terrible service, I DONT WANT APOLOGIES, I WANT THE SERVICE I SIGNED UP FOR!!!!!

I have been on the phone today again to people telecom.

The manager in the know of my case was not there, they clearly do not keep logs the person who took my call had no idea about my troubles of the past 7 weeks.

I was told the service i have been asking for the past 7 weeks would be relocated today, still nothing. I told the consultant that i wanted to speak to a manager but they kept giving me BS about how their manager was busy on other calls, i persisted to speak to a manager and they assured me that the manager on duty would call me back.

This was 4 hours ago, I cant believe this company has scammed me not only have they not given me what i wanted 7 weeks ago, they deducted money from my account after telling me they would not charge me for last month due to their mistake!

I have not been able to access internet for my small business for these 7 weeks because of this ridiculous situation. People telecom have breached contract for the past two months and I want out!

I have contacted the telecommuncations industry ombudsman and hopefully this will be resolved, 7 weeks of phone calls just for a relocation is testament to how this company is run.

Anyone on here doing research I would advise not to deal with this company if you want value for money or to keep your sanity intact stay away!
