hey there, just wondering if anyone has some answers for me. i have given PT my 30 day notice to churn to another company, and also have exceeded my d/l limit this month (bought a new comp and huge upgrades to d/l ugh) and have been shaped for some time now. i have been unable to login into my account to see the details, it keeps saying try again later etc. i got my current invoice for the month though, that billing cycle ended on the 19th - it is now the 30th?! what gives with the continual SLLLOOOWWWWW internet?! i am only on the 256k plan, but the speed tests gives me a download speed of 7kb/s. YES THAT IS JUST A SEVEN. should it even be that low if i have been shaped to 64? i have never had internet this slow and its painful! i cant wait to churn, better value and better speed. if anyone has any insight that would be nice. but still a couple more weeks to put up with this hope it improves.
