Still shaped :(

Hi,

As the title states I am still shaped even though it is a new month. I have called tech support and was told I would receive a call back in ten minutes, no one called.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

reboot your modem - wait about a minute between turning it off and back on.

I had to do this twice this morning before I got off the dial-up speed
