Torrent data being restricted?

I got a warning from PT regarding a file I downloaded as a torrent that was a game expansion, the file was immediately removed from my share folder.

Now I find that my peer-to-peer software is running just above dialup speed.

Has PT restricted my service?

5 days later and not a peep from PT staff.

Another disappointing outcome on a support issue. Truth be told I did not expect any better. I am looking forward to the end of my new contract.
