First of all I think that it's great that people telecom provides a forum where clients can vent their spleen.....:)
I have been looking at changing over my Iburst account from my current provider to this company but have heard some bad reports as far as (non existent??) customer service. There seem to be some problem along these lines overall from what I read in some of the topics. My question really is about your experience with wireless broadband, it seems that this company has dealt with both Unwired and Iburst. Unfortunately Unwired does not have a signal strong enough in my area but Iburst seems to be working well as I have been using it for almost a year. What is your experience as far as speed? Consistency of speed? Are there any tricks as far as download quotas is concerned? My current ISP wants do half my normal download limit but can have the rest between 12pm and 6am...not nice. :eek: for instance I would be looking at the 1GB download limit as it should be more than enough, what are the restrictions on this limit? Do I get 100MB during working hours and the rest in the middle of the night? Any comment welcome as I try to make up my mind :confused:
